Emergency Referrals
We aim to see Emergency Referrals within 24 hours.
If you have an emergency case needing same day referral, please call EVR on 01303 840499 to speak to a member of the team.
We always endeavour to accommodate emergencies where possible, and will aim to give you a response within 30 minutes. If you have specific questions regarding the referral, whether that is fees or procedural / treatment options, please let our admin team know & we will answer as fully as we can, or offer discussion with a clinician where possible.
Ensuring the clients are fully appraised of the likely fees and process is all part of our service prior to that important first appointment.
Our Diplomate-led team is on hand to provide exceptional care for emergency referrals, day and night. Following initial evaluation during the first appointment, the clinicians will agree a contextualised, bespoke treatment plan with the client, for the patient, and further appointments offered and arranged as required. We aim to forward a full report on the case, including diagnosis, treatments and outcome within a month, however if you require specific details sooner please do contact our admin team and they will be happy to provide an interim report.
Urgent Referrals
We aim to offer appointments for urgent cases within 3–5 days.
Please complete our online referral form and a member of our dedicated admin team will contact your client within 2 – 4 hours, and once an appointment is booked and confirmed, we will advise you.
Urgent referrals will be reviewed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.
Please advise if the patient requires any specific handling, such as sedation, or if there are any other issues we should be aware of. As above, a full clinical report will be emailed to you following consultation or surgery, but an interim report can be sent if you require specific details.
Routine Referrals
We aim to offer appointments for routine cases within 2–4 weeks.
Please complete the online referral form for routine cases, and we aim to contact the client within 2 – 3 days. Once an appointment is booked, we will advise you of the date & time.
